(Yeah, say that five times fast)
We had a great Fourth! We joined some friends for their block party in Costa Mesa and it was such a good time! The fire department came by too and let the kids go inside the truck and hang out for a little bit too, which was cute.
We were able to stay pretty late, and Sophie did so good with the fireworks. We were sitting on a chair in the street watching the fireworks (from every direction!) and she was so content to just sit on my lap, wrapped in a blanket, and just watch the fireworks. She didn't fuss or cry or anything.
Otherwise we spend our days playing at home and walking to the park.
Nothing groundbreaking but it's all new for her.
